Hybrid ryegrass

Lolium hybridum

Hybrid ryegrass is a cross between Italian and perennial ryegrass. In its appearance, it resembles the strongest crossbreeding partner. It is very competitive while still delivering high yields. Hybrid ryegrass does very well in mixtures, for example in combination with red clover.
