The early Italian variety

A variety in a class of its own. RUSA is tetraploid and therefore has a high fodder quality. Its outstanding winter-hardiness combined with a high overall yield makes RUSA a valuable addition to the fodder plant range. RUSA is usually grown in mixtures with other grass species. Cultivation of a mixture of hybrid ryegrass and red clover has proven particularly effective as a high-energy feed.
