LILEJA is a fast-growing, undemanding variety that is very robust and versatile. The particular purity and high germination capacity of the seed are impressive. LILEJA can bind large amounts of nitrate and is reliably winterkilled. It fits into almost all crop rotations, covers the soil very quickly and thus effectively suppresses weeds. LILEJA can also deliver high grain yields as a cash crop. Because it has such a high thousand grain weight, excellent flour yields are achieved.
