JULIA

Lacy phacelia - Phacelia tanacetifolia

JULIA is often sown in bee pastures. It is considered an extremely high-yielding honey plant, whose nectar yields are comparable to those of rapeseed or buckwheat. During the summer months, blooming JULIA fields are visited by a large number of honeybees, bumblebees and other insects. If conditions are good, bees can produce up to 1 litre of honey per year per 20 m² of cultivated area. JULIA is ideal for cultivation as green manure since it does not affect crop rotation considerations.
