Start of training in 2025: four new trainees are getting started!

We welcome Johanna Budweg, Markus Hahn, Paulina Peltzer and Tom Görtz, who are starting their training in the exciting fields of wholesale and foreign trade management and plant technology. On their first day, they will be introduced to the senior boss, Mr Freudenberger, in person. They will also be given a tour of the entire company premises to get a rough overview so that they can find their way around during the first few days. Despite the site plan, some people do get lost at the beginning. But you learn quickly, and you'll meet one of the more than 200 colleagues who have been here a little longer and know their way around almost everywhere.

During their training in wholesale and foreign trade management, Paulina and Tom will learn how trade in goods works at national and international level and will support us in making our business processes more efficient. Johanna and Markus will immerse themselves in the world of plants in the plant technology department and learn everything about cultivation, care and new technologies in plant production. They won't just be staying in the office and laboratory, but will also be out and about on our own trial and demonstration fields.
